Limited Warranty

Greenly Grove products include a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

This limited warranty applies for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase, unless otherwise stated.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper use or modifications
• Damage caused by misuse or neglect
• Damage resulting from use outside intended indoor residential conditions, improper electrical setup, or failure to follow provided instructions.

If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, Greenly Grove will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the defective product.

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at support@greenlygrove.com and include:

• Proof of purchase
• A description of the issue
• Photos or video of the defect, if requested

This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Greenly Grove and replaces all other express or implied warranties, to the extent permitted by law.

This warranty is subject to our Terms of Service and Returns & Refunds Policy available on our website.
